Our many different mandates make working life at HLB Stückmann very varied. The numerous different tasks and interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues, which our holistic approach to support entails, make it even more diversified.

At HLB Stückmann, around 75 professionals, many of whom have dual qualifications and some of whom have triple qualifications, dedicate their enormous expertise to the interests of our clients. We focus on auditing and providing advice from a single source, because this holistic approach is the best way to achieve the goals we have set ourselves.

In order to be able to provide our clients with creative and sustainable advice, continuous personal dialogue is very important to us. It is the basis for high-quality, pragmatic solutions that are individually tailored. They are developed in interdisciplinary cooperation between public auditors, tax advisers, lawyers and specialists. As part of this strong team, you can make the most of your skills and will always find collegial support.

In terms of expertise and structure, HLB Stückmann is so broadly positioned that we can serve a wide variety of clients from different industries. These include - mainly based in the region of East Westphalia-Lippe - medium-sized and large groups of middle-market companies, which are predominantly family-run, as well as start-ups and small owner-managed companies that have established themselves in a niche market. Our clientele also includes financial investors as well as capital market-oriented companies. There are also no limits to the legal forms we serve, from public limited companies to limited liability companies and foundations. Our clientele is rounded off by wealthy private individuals and family offices.

Finding the path that best suits you is often not that easy. This makes mentoring by a partner from our law firm all the more valuable.

Based on your strengths and wishes, he or she will show you options for shaping your career step by step. Together you will set important milestones in your desired professional career and determine targeted vocational training and further education modules as well as areas of responsibility and assignment. In addition, your mentor will provide you with helpful feedback on your work in intensive appraisal interviews.

Professionals who are already more experienced also benefit from the mentoring offer and can thus plan their next steps as a professional with expert support. This includes expanding areas of responsibility and specialist areas of focus, possibly taking further qualifications (e.g. CVA, CISA, specialist adviser for international tax law), for which we are happy to provide time and financial support, and expanding specialist skills such as acquisition and sales skills, personnel management and development, project management, knowledge transfer and entrepreneurial thinking. 3 Engage in internal and external knowledge transfer

In our profession it is extremely important to always stay up-to-date because laws, requirements and recommendations for action often change very quickly. We offer you a variety of opportunities to do this, but we are also happy if you initiate the transfer of knowledge yourself - whether internally or beyond the borders of our company.

In order to keep professionally up-to-date, we offer you a wide range of opportunities for digital research in popular professional portals and publications. In addition, you will meet your colleagues at internal conferences to exchange information on current developments and changes in the law as well as advisory know-how. Here and in our competence teams on various key topics - e.g. VAT, income tax, e-balance sheets, tax declaration - you can benefit from the expertise of your colleagues, but also contribute your own professional expertise and encourage the transfer of knowledge. Technically, interdisciplinary cooperation is made possible in particular by a constantly updated M365 environment for all staff.

Numerous colleagues are also involved in the external transfer of knowledge through regular publications in leading professional journals or editorial work on our client circulars and newsletters on specialist topics. If this is also of interest to you, we will be happy to support you in this. The same applies, of course, to lecturing at webinars or face-to-face events for clients or as a lecturer at regional universities, which further improves our already very good networking with the academic world. In addition, you can pass on your know-how by working as a tutor to provide professional guidance to young staff on the job and also plan and implement internal training programmes.
