As a human resources manager at HLB Stückmann a varied mixture of strategic and operative personnel work makes up my daily agenda. It is especially exciting when specific measures have to be taken quickly due to current developments. Apart from a close and trust-based cooperation with all partners, I can rely on the competence and motivation of my HR colleagues as well as on the well-functioning cooperation with the controlling, marketing and IT departments. We exchange information directly with each other, work with short decision-making processes and all pull together in the same direction.

My motto is: The better the human resources management, the more attractive a company is for current and future employees. At HLB Stückmann, I receive an enormous amount of support to live up to this standard. For example, we can offer flexible working hours, an employee-friendly home office concept, strong digital processes and first-class IT equipment. I am always happy when we are able to recruit new qualified employees on this basis.
