Where no employment relationship results, rendering storage no longer necessary, we will delete any data collected in connection with initiating contact during an application once the application procedure has been completed. This is without prejudice to applicable statutory retention periods.
When applying for employment through our website, you can agree to the further storage of your data on a voluntary basis so that HLB Stückmann can keep you on record for future employment opportunities should your initial application not be successful. HLB Stückmann will then store the personal data that you provided during the application procedure beyond the term of this specific procedure. This data will only be used to check whether you should be considered for another position and to then contact you if need be. Consent is voluntary and does not impact your chances in the current application procedure. You can refuse to give your consent without specifying a reason and also without suffering any disadvantages as a result. You may revoke consent provided to us at any time. Your data will be deleted immediately in this case.

We will delete any data collected in connection with initiating contact during an application, even if consent to the further storage of data has been given, where storage is no longer necessary, however at the latest after two years. d) Registration for newsletter and information on events
Through our website, you can subscribe to our newsletter and receive invitations to our events. When signing up to receive our letter and event information, the visitor expressly consents to processing of the personal data he or she has transmitted.
