Based on your strengths and wishes, he or she will show you options for shaping your career step by step. Together you will set important milestones in your desired professional career and determine targeted vocational training and further education modules as well as areas of responsibility and assignment. In addition, your mentor will provide you with helpful feedback on your work in regular intensive appraisal interviews.
Also more experienced dual or triple qualified professionals can make use of the mentoring offer and can thus plan their next steps as a professional with expert support. This includes expanding areas of responsibility and specialist areas of focus, possibly taking further qualifications (e.g. specialist lawyer title), for which we are happy to provide time and financial support, and expanding specialist skills such as acquisition and sales skills, personnel management and development, project management, knowledge transfer and entrepreneurial thinking. In addition, all lawyers meet once a week to exchange information on current developments, changes in the law and advisory know-how. In this way, expert knowledge is shared, interpreted and evaluated, prepared for effective use in everyday work and made available to all. Open doors and short communication channels facilitate short-term exchange as well as fast coordination processes. A constantly updated M365 environment for all staff also enables us to interact quickly at any time and to work together in an interdisciplinary way.
