Award in the subject areas "International Tax Law" and "Company Succession“
The Handelsblatt published the listing of the best tax consultants and auditors in Germany in the print edition of 01.04.2020. In this context, HLB Stückmann has been chosen by the Handelsblatt as one of the best tax consulting firms 2020; awarded in the specialist areas "International Tax Law" and "Company Succession" as well as for its expertise in the sectors "Trade" and "Private Individuals".
The procedure here: The Social Science Institute Schad (S.W.I. Finance) analysed a total of 4,189 tax consultants and 802 auditors by taking into account the aspects "basic knowledge", "specific professional competence" and "employment of specialist consultants". The evaluation was prepared according to cities, subject areas and sectors. The best law firms in the overall evaluation are those which achieved at least 70 percent of the maximum possible score. In the subject areas and sectors, those law firms are among the best which have achieved the highest possible score in this subject area.
HLB Stückmann received an award together with 608 other law firms. Furthermore, our law firm is one of the four law firms in Bielefeld receiving such an award.
