What is the value of a company? There is no simple answer to this question, because every company valuation and every M&A transaction is different. I am particularly fascinated when looking into the future: Which business model is there? What does the corporate strategy look like? What are the success drivers compared to other companies? Whenever I have the opportunity to convert this outlook into figures and derive a substantiated company value from it, it makes me very happy.
My personal ambition is to carry out every valuation and every transaction as competently, individually and professionally as possible. Understanding what exactly clients expect is extremely important in this context. Are they perhaps only interested in the result? Or do they also want to know about all the risks? The more specific information I have, the better I can think through and weigh up which approach is best for the clients - and advise them in an interdisciplinary manner.
The fact that I can dedicate myself to the special field at HLB Stückmann that really interests me, is a real stroke of luck for me. Here I also have colleagues who share my interest and with whom the cooperation in the team works perfectly. Moreover, I can combine my family and career wonderfully at HLB Stückmann.
My key focus areas:

• Expert opinions for company valuations pursuant to IDW S1
• Valuation of intangible assets; PPA
• Examination of appropriateness of structural measures under company law, e.g. squeeze-out procedures - Accompanying M&A transactions, in particular due diligence reviews
- Auditing and advisory services for family companies and international corporations
