Ostwestfalen-Lippe is a region with many interesting companies from a wide range of industries. Especially in the field of auditing we gain deep insights into the processes and structures of our clients. A good "all-round view" is particularly important here as we have to keep an eye on almost all corporate processes when auditing financial statements. This makes my work very interesting and diversified for me. The fact that our clients benefit from our highlighting good processes and suggesting further improvements as well as uncovering weaknesses and providing ideas for the elimination thereof motivates me anew every day.

Keeping up with the constantly changing legal situation makes our job very challenging. Moreover, since no two mandates are the same, we constantly re-align our work processes to the individual wishes and specific requirements of each client. The best way to achieve this is to establish a personal relationship with the client by way of constructive exchange at eye level. The ultimate goal is always the long-term satisfaction of our clients.  

I also enjoy the excellent working atmosphere at HLB Stückmann and the multifaceted work in changing teams. The good mix of experienced and young colleagues ensures that everyone learns from each other and complex tasks can be solved. In addition, flexible working hours and home office regulations enable a good balance of work and family.

• Consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Audits according to the Packaging Act (VerpackG)
