As an IT compliance auditor and IT consultant, I am constantly gaining new insights into various sectors and companies, whether they are traditional trading companies, mechanical engineering companies, logistics or IT service providers. What I particularly like about my job is that I can continuously support my clients in the transformation of their IT landscape by way of transitions and introduction of new systems and can actively assist them in compliance issues. This means I always stay up to date and at the same time learn about new trends in IT. The trusting and long-term relationship with my clients means a lot to me and often ensures a collegial cooperation with them.

Collegial cooperation is also of great importance internally. In this context, I have learned to appreciate the family atmosphere at HLB Stückmann. All our employees work together with mutual respect and listen to each other. This ensures a very low staff fluctuation and thus consistent and interdisciplinary teams that are able to meet any challenge posed by the clients.

Key competences:

• Set-up, revision, and optimisation of in-house control systems (“IKS”) as well as carrying out audits in accordance with national (IDW PS 951) and international standards (ISAE 3402/ ISAE 3000)
• Manufacturer-side and supplier-side auditing of software products in accordance with audit standard IDW PS 880 (e.g. for accounting, billing, and archiving systems)
• Project-based consulting/ coaching, quality assurance as well as auditing of reorganisations (e.g. ERP, archiving systems) in accordance with audit standard IDW PS 850
• Compliance/ regularity, and revision security for transactions and migrations
• Consulting on digitising processes to maintain compliance/ regularity, as well as compliance checks (e.g. GoBD readiness)
